Return and exchange policy

To ensure your safety and health, Batci store does not allow returns or exchanges of its products as they are subject to personal use and for health reasons, in order to maintain public health.

Once the orders have been handed over to the shipping company, the amount cannot be refunded. If the customer has not received their order, they are responsible for all shipping costs and products, and the amount will not be refunded unless the costs incurred are deducted.
